how to add network printer

setup network printer in windows XP.
1) go to the printer room, and find the IP address of printer. This IP address should be in the same network segment as your own computer (sharing the same network address prefix, e.g. 168.132.10.0).
2) from control panel, open "printer and fax" window. Right click the white space in this window, and choose 'server property'. In the dialog, add a "TCP/IP" printer port with that IP address. Confirm.
3) in 'printer and fax' window, add local printer through the added printer port (e.g. IP_168.132.10.95).
4) print test page.
